RescharAI is an intelligent reservoir characterization platform designed for hydraulic flow unit identification and pay zone analysis. The platform integrates artificial intelligence with geological and petrophysical analysis to automate and enhance reservoir characterization workflows.
Through the collaboration, iDPRS and GNPC aim to explore advanced methods for improving reservoir evaluation, subsurface interpretation and production optimisation using data-driven technologies.
The initiative reflects a broader commitment to digital transformation within Africa's energy sector and supports smarter field development strategies, better reservoir understanding and more efficient hydrocarbon recovery.
